In need of some remote support?  We can offer one off remote support for a variety of issues that you may be experiencing.  If you contact us, we can supply you a code that you can enter below and have one of our technicians work on your system.

Remote help is a great tool, cutting down on costs to you and also reducing the amount of time you have to wait for help.  Although we can fix many things remotely, we can’t repair physical hardware faults this way.  If your computer isn’t turning on, if its suffered a hard drive fault or indeed if you have lost internet connection then you will need to take the system in to us or organise for one of our technicians to visit your home or office.

We can also offer remote support on a contractual basis.  We can install a small and secure program on your computer that allows you to request help from us at any time, or we can set it up so we can securely remote control the system and maintain the system or fix any issues that may arise even if you aren’t there.  This forms part part of our larger Business Support packages that we can offer anyone from a “one man band” business to companies employing 10’s or 100’s of employees.
