What We Do

TechRescue was established in 2004 and as of 2011 have repaired and upgraded some 12'000 computers from the Aberdeen area. Since opening for business we have seen some big changes in the field and endeavor to remain up to date with our offered services. We offer a wide range of services to home users and small to medium sized businesses. With a wealth of experience to call upon you can rest assured that you, your' computer and your' data are in safe hands.

There are no premium rate numbers, no automated phone queuing system and no technobabble aimed to confuse. When you contact us, we will do our very best to help you and advise you on your options. We will speak in plain english and do our very best to explain as much or as little as you wish. We offer a 6 month warranty (twice as long as most companies) on all of our repairs so you can be sure that if you have any issues that you will not be left on you own. All repairs, upgrades and system builds are done here in Aberdeen, so unlike some of the big national companies we will not send your PC hundreds of miles away to a central workshop, you can speak directly to the person working on your job.

When you book a job in with us, you will be given a job ID number, you can use this to track your repair online, using our Job Tracker page, or simply phone us for an update. Will will also automatically update you via email and text as your job progresses. We keep a record of all work carried out and this enables both us and our customers to be able to recall any details up about past jobs.

We are an established company with a shop front which you can visit at any point to discuss your needs, drop off or pick up you system or purchase components or peripherals. We also have a purpose built workshop which enables us to carry out an extensive range or repairs in-house. No need to wait weeks to get your system back, if your in a hurry we can often turn around urgent repairs or data recoveries within 24 hours.

We have recently invested heavily in our equipment, especially for the purposes of data recovery, and can therefore offer an unrivalled local data recovery service. In those rare instances that we cannot recover your data, we have formed a relationship with some of the UK's largest and most experienced Data Recovery Houses and can offer you a discount rate for those jobs that need to be sent to them, we will always ask for your permission before doing this.
