If you need a battery replaced on an iPhone 12 or newer then it just makes more sense to take it directly to the Apple store to have it done. If you need a screen replaced on a phone that’s more than 4 years old, then its often more economic to just replace the phone.

In most cases we also recommend taking out Apple Care with your new iPhone purchase if you do not already have separate phone insurance.

If you are an existing customer and would really like for us to repair your phone then we will try and help you are far as possible.

While we are removing the standard screen, battery and lens replacement offerings, we will continue to offer a data recovery service for iPhones that have been damaged but contain photos and files that you do not have backed up elsewhere or in the cloud.

We offer two levels of screens, depending on your budget. Our premium screens are of great quality and you won’t be able to tell the difference between it and your original screen. Most newer model iPhones ship with OLED screens, which are more expensive to replace the LCD types. If you can’t justify spending the extra to get a premium screen then a budget consious LCD model is an option. LCD screens do require more power than OLED ones so you may notice it drains your battery faster as well as colours being not as vibrant and the screen may not be as responsive as the original.

We like to make customers aware that a lot of repair shops say they use premium screen while not explaining the different options. They then use then cheaper LCD screens, thus appearing cheaper.

Broken your screen? Don’t worry, it’s one of the most common repairs we carry out. We can replace your Apple mobile phone screen with a high quality part and it will look good as new. Our premium screens come with a 12 month warranty for your peace of mind.

iPhone Battery Replacement

Batteries degrade over time and eventually need to be replaced. With normal use a phone battery will work properly for around 2 to 3 years, after which you will likely find your phone running out of charge before the end of the day. We can replace the battery with a new high quality part and restore the phones battery life to how it was when it was new.

iPhone Dock Replacement

The dock connection sometimes needs to be replaced or repaired. Various things can happen to the dock but most frequently pocket lint tends to get pushed into the connection over time which often causes issues or the dock becomes physically broken due to the repeated mechanical stress of having a cable plugged in and out and moved around inside the dock.

Your phone is no doubt your go to camera for catching those life moments. The back or front camera can become faulty, and often when one goes faulty it can cause the other not to work as well. Cameras can usually be replaced and functionality restored to the phone.

iPhone Data Recovery

If you haven’t backed up your iPhone to either iCloud or iTunes but need the data recovered from a faulty phone then we can often help. Due to the way data is stored, its now always possible to recover data from a faulty phone, but it is often possible. If you need data recovered then contact us for further advice. If the data is important then we strongly advise against trying to restore the phone until it has been diagnosed.

iPhones will often display an Error code when trying to boot, this code can be useful for indicating what has failed but unfortunately often these error codes are quite generic and don’t point to anything specific other than “something has gone wrong”.

iPhone Liquid Damage

Although most iPhones are at least partially water resistant, liquid can still sometimes get inside and cause all sorts of damage to the internal components. While we will look at liquid damaged iPhones for the purposes of Data recovery, we don’t repair them for continued use. The sad truth is that once liquid has got inside it usually causes extensive damage, and while we might be able to resurrect the phone temporarily in order to recover the data, it’s unlikely to be a lasting repair. If your phone gets liquid damaged and you don’t need data recovery then we recommend you replace the phone.
