 We have now added the ability to check the status of any repair or upgrade you have submitted to us online. Simply click on the "Repair Status" link along the top of the page and enter your Surname and your Repair ID to get up to the minute information about your computer repair or upgrade. Obviously, if you still have any questions regarding it then we are more than happy to answer any questions by phone or email.
We strive to offer a superior level of service and hope that this new system will make everything a bit more convenient for our customers. On top of this new self check service, we will send you an automated text and email as we progress through your job so you will be constantly kept up to date regarding every aspect of repair or upgrade.
